New York, NY and London, England – February 3, 2021 Diligent Corporation, a leading modern governance company with a platform used by nearly 700,000 board directors and leaders around the globe, today announced Company Matters as its first accredited service partner. As a benefit of the partnership, Company Matters will leverage Diligent’s modern governance software to strengthen its corporate secretarial and governance compliance support service offerings.

Company Matters, a division of Link Group, is a corporate secretarial service provider and offers a variety of board support and subsidiary management services. Following participation in a series of e-learning sessions, webinars, and tests, Company Matters was certified as an accredited service partner.
